CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm serving real estate owners, investors, and occupiers through more than 450 offices worldwide. CBRE’s Workplace practice was founded nine years ago and comprises over 200 professionals located around the world. As a leading advisor to corporations and institutions seeking to improve business performance, we help organizations leverage their real estate investments to drive business change.

The Chicago office of CBRE moved to the new space at 321 N. Clark in October 2014, opening what at the time was one the largest implementation of the company’s Workplace 360 strategy. The strategy responds to the needs of the highly agile, client-centric organization, by creating an environment that supports flexible work styles, provides a choice in work settings and best-in-class collaboration technology, and supports it all with a hospitality driven service model.  Join us for a tour of the CBRE downtown Chicago offices and learn about their implementation journey of Workplace 360.

Winner of Crain’s Chicago Coolest Office 2016, the new Pandora offices in Prudential Plaza feature live music as the theme.  The 33,000-square foot office incorporates an unexpected twist:  a 1980s theme built around the movies and soundtracks of John Hughes’ “The Breakfast Club” and “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” (both set in Chicago’s suburbs).

From the open floor plan to the office’s own DJ booth, Pandora’s new offices embody the brand and play an important role in employee engagement.  Gabe Tartaglia, Pandora’s Vice President of National Vertical Sales and the lead in terms of both the new office location and interior design concept, provides us with a personal tour and opportunity for Q&A.

The CBRE and Pandora Site Tours make up our Engage360 Site Tour Experience Day.
Register for this full day experience to visit both CBRE and Pandora’s offices.
