Allie currently oversees Customer Support teammates at Intercom in North America and Australia (and has led Dublin teammates too)! She is the Customer Support driver for Pricing and our Early Stage Program, contributing to the customer journey and maximizing customer value. She also leads the Customer Support team’s culture & recognition focus group, impacting the team’s employee experience and is a former CS teammate so knows our product and front lines first hand!
