Dave Phillips

Dave Phillips has over 25+years of retail experience. His current position is responsible for driving the strategic management of existing programs both in the U.S. and abroad, as well as identifying and developing new strategies that position the organization for continued growth.  The position works in close collaboration with many cross functional leaders to drive a seamless customer experience in the retail and digital environments. The position serves as the business lead and liaison with these cross functional teams for both existing Omnichannel programs, as well as future initiatives.Prior to his current role, he spent 20+ years in HQ and Field leadership positions for Store Operations.
