Chuck Kriss is the Director of Customer Experience for American Integrity Insurance Group. In this role, Chuck leads multiple teams providing all aspects of agent and customer support including billing, compliance, agency support, policy coverage inquiries and claims assistance. The company has been named a Top Place to Work by the Tampa Bay Times ten times and a Best Place to Work by Business Insurance ten times. Chuck holds a Florida and South Carolina General Lines Insurance license, All Lines Adjuster license and the Associate in Personal Insurance and Associate in General Insurance designations. Before joining American Integrity Insurance Group in 2017, Chuck worked for more than 20 years for a diverse range of organizations, including Verizon Wireless, AAA of Southern New England and Sears. All of his leadership roles have focused on driving the success of the organizations through a remarkable customer experience. Chuck’s varied background with small, medium and large enterprise, including a Fortune 15 wireless telecommunications company, has allowed him to adopt the most impactful best practices into a model that empowers employees to be advocates for their brand. Chuck is a servant Leader who delivers superior operational performance through developing people to reach their potential. Now focused in the field of Property and Casualty Insurance.
