  • Eligible referred job profiles include; Contact Centre, Digital, CX, Service Design, Workforce, Operations & Process Improvement (any job titles outside of this subject to approval)
  • Referral must complete full sign-up form to be eligible (Name, Job Title, Company and Work Email)
  • Unique referrals, no duplicates allowed. Must be new members to the CCW community
  • Gift Cards and Vouchers will be awarded once the referred contact books as a paid delegate for the event
