With over 30 years of sales and management experience I have come to realize sales is a blend or art and science. Creating a reliable infrastructure to build upon is critical to generate predictable and reliable results. My expertise in building such and infrastructure and then constructing a value proposition that delivers true value to clients is the combination of the science and art needed to have great results. Having co-founded a CX technology company (Topbox, sold to Vista Equity and merged with Khoros in 2020) I think about sales leadership through a broader view; when the solution being sold increases the value of both organizations, you've achieved something great. My goal is always to grow my company by adding value to our clients every day, every month and every year.
