Over the last three decades, David has touched countless contact centers and personnel, staying on top of corporate goals for CX, operational trends and challenges, and how approaches to team management, motivation, and selection have changed.    When he is not discovering new ways to foster trusting exchange of best practices, David can be found spending time with family and traveling with his wife.
