Jorge Oros

 Jorge is a Tijuana native who began his call center experience in San Diego in 1999. He is one of the main founders of Call Center Services International (CCSI). His 17 years of experience in the US call center industry has helped him to develop a team in Call Center Services International that is constantly focused on achieving goals, quality, and service.

Jorge enjoys creating new strategies to help his clients be successful and take a full advantage of all the talent in Mexico. He is very passionate about introducing Mexico and its people to the world. Jorge currently serves as a Regional VP & National Consultant for CANIETI, a chamber focused on developing the different industries in the northwestern region of Mexico, Jorge is the founding President of the Baja Contact Center Cluster, an association that clusters the contact center industry in the Baja region with vendors, government as well as the universities of the region. Jorge also volunteers at New Break Christian Church as a 5th grade teacher.
