With 19 years of global experience in Business and Technology at companies like Toys R Us, Unisys, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley & CVS Health, Lakshmi has learned to lead organizational strategy, rally cross functional teams and drive change. While her academic pursuits have built a strong foundation in business and technology, real education has come from the people she's met along her career, and the opportunities she was given.

Lakshmi started her career in strategy as an analyst and grew through the ranks in various PMO and Business management roles at large enterprises, first in business and then in technology.

Within her current role at Signify, Lakshmi works for the world leader in Connected Lighting, alongside thought leaders in IoT , Digital Strategy and Transformation to help shape Digital experiences for B2B and eCommerce customers.
