Why does Southwest practice age discrimination on special offers to individuals older than 72, who are frequent and repeat customers? I received a card saying I had been "e;selected to receive 2 ROUND TRIP AIRFARES to anywhere Southwest flies"e; if I called to RSVP within 48 hours. We were disqualified because I am 73 and my husband is 74. That is no way to make and keep friends!!!
