Danielle Venta is Vice President of Customer Success at Arise. In this role she is responsible for business development, operational delivery and relationship management to some of the world’s most recognized brands.

Danielle is an utmost professional with more than 16 years in the BPO industry. Her professional career has been centered around the travel and retail industries. She enjoys the challenge of implementing and delivering new client programs.

Prior to Arise, Danielle spent 7 years in Law Enforcement. She was a relentless Crime Scene Investigator and was essential in solving several high profile cases.

Danielle is a Disney Worldphile and visits the parks multiple times a month. She has been a dedicated Disney passholder since 2003. She has visited 8 of the 12 Disney Parks worldwide with the goal of visiting all 12 once the pandemic is over.
