Julia Locklear is a consumer psychology expert and business intelligence professional. She is a seasoned quantitative and qualitative researcher; engaging and entertaining presenter; multi-talented leader, manager, and researcher, and is adept at enhancing marketing and e-business strategies.
Julia's specialties include survey research, quantitative, qualitative, digital analytics, brand measurement, advertising research, media research, African-American multicultural research, and UX/UI.
In her most recent role, Julia served as the Vice President of Consumer Insights with Dollar Shave Club, where she led the design and execution of customer research and analytics across areas such as brand health tracking, ad and product testing and optimization, segmentation, innovation and UX/UI. Julia partnered with senior leaders to provide consumer insight into the drivers of business performance and strategic recommendations on how to drive growth. She coached, mentored, supported, and empowered a team of researchers including Unilever partners assigned to the Dollar Shave Club brand.
