Paul is a trusted advisor to the visionaries of today charged with creating the digital experiences of tomorrow. In 2004, he started the Lima Consulting Group, a multi-national, consulting firm, to work with visionaries to create a better digital future. He’s a veteran of the United States Army and was one of the founding officers of the Nation’s first cyber-warfare capabilities. Prior to starting the Lima Consulting Group he led a team that web-enabled one of the financial services Industry’s largest trading platforms, a system that processes $1.5 Trillion dollars a day. Paul is a graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and he earned a Master's Degree in the Management of Technology, jointly awarded by the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) and the Wharton School. Paul speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English and is the host of The Visionary’s Guide to the Digital Future podcast.
