Jennifer Kovach

Jenni Kovach is the Vice President of Employee and Customer Engagement for IGS. When she joined the company nearly seven years ago, there were just under 180 employees located at one office in Dublin, Ohio. Today, there are nearly 700 employees working throughout the company’s multi-state footprint. Jenni has been a driving force with respect to strategic planning of talent strategies and programs for the company during this pivotal period of growth. In July 2015, she assumed additional responsibility for enhancing customer engagement with the company’s call center, known as the Solutions Center. Jenni has 18 years of experience as a human resources professional, and operates by the philosophy that there is a strong correlation between positive employee engagement and exceptional customer experiences.

Since Jenni assumed senior leadership responsibilities for the Solutions Center in July 2015, customer retention has increased 18% and there has been a 6% increase in customer satisfaction. These successes can be attributed to Jenni’s passion for people and emphasis on encouraging genuine conversations between employees and customers, as opposed to a strict focus on metrics.

Jenni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She also is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Jenni is an avid supporter of Pelotonia, a grassroots bike ride to raise money for cancer research, and is a lifelong resident of Central Ohio. Jenni resides in Lewis Center, Ohio with her husband and daughter.
