Joani Holmes

Joani Holmes is the Assistant Director, Trainer, of the American Bar Association Service Center. In this capacity she directs the training, staff communication, and supports the quality efforts of the ABA Service Center by the development and maintenance of the entire training program, including new hire and refresher classroom training, the creation and updating of all instructional documents and maintenance of the training library; establishing quality control tools; interfacing with other Membership and Marketing staff, Finance, and other key ABA entities and departments to assure Service Center staff have the latest information on products, events, and services available to members; interfacing with the IT Department to prioritize and resolve system issues; ensuring high level quality control of communication performance.
