Terry Cain

Terry Cain, is the former Vice President of Global Customer Engagement at Avnet.  He received a 2015 Customer Champions award from 1to1 Media. Terry recently celebrated his 30th anniversary as an Avnet employee. In his current position, he has global responsibility for enhancing the customer experience by developing strategies, sharing best practices, and developing and executing of training plans for service excellence. He is committed to creating exceptional experiences for Avnet’s 100,000 customers in more than 115 countries, where the value that the customer receives leads to a mutually beneficial relationship and deep customer engagements. He is also an active member of the community, serving on the board of advisors for the Center for Services Leadership at Arizona State University and Chicanos por la Causa.
