Colin Crowley is an experienced professional with a background in customer engagement, product management, communications, security studies/international relations, and not-for-profit fundraising and leadership. Currently, he is the VP of Customer Experience at the fast-growing food tech company Freshly. With Freshly, he successfully built a customer service department of 60+ people from the ground up, creating structures, procedures, and data-gathering systems where none existed, all while working to build the best quality control standards to ensure best-in-class service for customers.
