To qualify, individuals must
(a) be directly employed by a brand
(b) be responsible for buying or evaluating Customer Contact and CX technology or other partnerships for their organizations
(c) must be at least Director Level/Head or above with reporting lines to the C-Suite
(d) be the principal executive within the fields of Customer Contact and Customer Experience.
