Peter Andrews

Senior Vice President, Service & Operations Expedia Group

Peter Andrews is SVP of Service & Operations for the Expedia for Business team, responsible for supporting hotels, VR owners, property managers, as well as providing technical support to software customers, launching value add programs for suppliers, and VR traveler customer service. He joined Expedia in 2016 from Egon Zehnder, where he was a leader in the consultancy’s digital and service practices. Previously Peter held leadership positions across multiple brands within Expedia Group, including leading global customer operations at both Expedia.com and Hotels.com. Earlier in his career, at Lennox International, he held executive leadership roles in operations and corporate development. Prior to Lennox, Peter was a consultant at McKinsey and Company, working in the airlines, hospitality, energy, and CPG industries. Peter began his career in the US Navy, as a nuclear submarine officer. Peter has a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at
