Rich Wilder is the Director of Customer Service at CHEP USA. Based in the Orlando, FL area, he is responsible for the development and execution of the customer experience strategy across all CHEP customers in the US business. He has spent the last 20+ years in small business management, logistics execution, and has supply chain experience across multiple B2B retail and CPG manufacturing industries. Rich is a passionate leader who excels in customer relationship development and finds contentment through watching his team members grow and develop. When Rich is not seeking solutions to customer issues and guiding his team through a daily challenge, he can be found bouncing from any number of activities that his two children are engaged in. Rich enjoys playing lifetime sports, watching college football, and executing the latest honey-do project that is on his list.
