I’m a passionate Global Operations leader with Product Marketing experience. My background affords me the ability to see both sides of a product launch; what’s to come and how to prepare. I have achieved great success by leading multiple client services, operations, and project teams through the development of end-to-process, improved quality performance, developing training methodologies, leading root cause analysis projects, creating business cases for road-map prioritization etc.
My forte is in establishing clean lines of communication and building functional working groups to achieve and excel in customer experience. My abilities to influence partner organizations can be found through my successes.
My fellow colleagues and friends often describe me as someone who is constantly on the go, thinking of the next project to start and conquer, someone who continuously thinks positively in any situation that arises and makes the best of what has been presented to me. My favorite quote, which I live by daily, is "always push forward".
