Jeremy has 25+ years of experience in the customer service industry, most recently leading several customer service teams within Heartland Dental for the last 6 years. Within Heartland, Jeremy is responsible for the 350+ seat Patient Services Center which assists patients when they call Heartland supported practices. He also manages internal customer service teams across Heartland, including IT Support and Op Services. With over $3.2B in annual revenue, Heartland is the largest Dental Support Organization in the United States serving nearly 1,800 dental office locations. Prior to Heartland, Jeremy worked for several companies including Patterson Companies, Five Pack Creative and Prudential bringing a wide array of experience from the healthcare, financial services, and technology industries. Jeremy holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Management - Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale and with a heart for continuous learning, he recently achieved his MBA from the University of Illinois in 2023.
