At SDMI since 2014, she has led technology implementations, streamlining workflows, and reducing inefficiencies. She holds a master’s in Healthcare Administration (Informatics) and a bachelor’s in Business Management. Passionate about mentorship, public speaking, and fitness, Rachel values innovation and balance.
