Sheri Johnson brings 25 years of healthcare experience to her role as UCare Vice President for Member Enrollment & Billing. She has worked across the healthcare industry working in both non-profit and for-profit organizations representing providers, vendors, and payers. Sheri has experience and expertise in many functional areas including Human Resources, Operations, Process Improvement, Project Management, Education, Revenue Cycle, and Contact Center Operations. Sheri has a passion for leadership and staff development as well as employee engagement and customer experience. Sheri holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership.
