Do You Qualify?

Every attendee of the CCW Executive Exchange is carefully selected to ensure that opportunities to learn and network are optimised. 

All delegates must answer ‘yes’ to two of the following criteria in order to attend:

• My company’s annual turnover is £1 billion or above
• I sit in the C-suite or report directly to the C-suite
• I control or directly influence where customer service budget is spent
• I control or directly influence corporate strategy at regional, divisional or group level
• I have a personal annual customer service budget of £1 million or above
