E Long is currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Gibraltar BSN Life Berhad, an established joint vendor between Prudential Financial Inc (PFI), one of the world’s largest financial institutions from the United States and Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), a brand with strong financial heritage in Malaysia. For more than a decade, he has helmed senior leadership roles in the financial services industry, focusing on corporate strategy, transformational projects, digital technology and operational excellence. Amongst the roles were as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Kenanga Investment Bank, an award winning and leading independent investment bank in Malaysia established for more than 40 years; and as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AXA, a global insurer voted as the #1 Global Insurance Brand for 10 consecutive years.
