Lead for Devices & Services Customer Service - APAC GoogleRohit is responsible for driving customer experience for Pixel and Google Store customers in APAC. At Google he has also worked on building onboarding and education experiences for new internet users in emerging markets. Before joining Google in 2016, Rohit was a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) before joining Google. He has also worked with Telstra Operations team and was a Technology consultant with Infosys . Rohit is an MBA from the University of Oxford, UK.
