Stanley Chong, Director of Business Operations, Razer Global Customer Advocacy brings his 20 years of experience in the customer service industry including his dedication to service excellence towards a high-performance contact centre. In his experience prior to joining Razer, he has incubated and led teams in various functions in performance improvement and cost-saving. In his current role within Razer, Stanley is responsible for the department’s financials, workforce management, performance reporting, quality & training, and contract & BPO governance. Prior to his role in Razer, Stanley worked at organizations such as Singapore Post, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce and M1. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance (Honours) from the University of London.
