Larissa Thomas is a transformational leader with over 20 years of experience driving change and building high-performing teams across complex organizations. As Vice President of Global Talent & Organizational Effectiveness at Electronic Arts, she brings a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to change execution, performance management, and cultural transformation.
She holds a master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology and leverages her mix of hard-earned lessons and strategic foresight to teach, lead, and enable others to successfully navigate change. Larissa spent over 15 years of her career driving change and organizational effectiveness in the pharmaceutical, automotive and finance industry. Recently, branching into the entertainment industry, Larissa has been at EA for four years. Larissa has led through multiple waves of change—helping shape resilient, human-centered workplaces that balance performance with well-being.
