John Thompson, a 15-year Customer Experience industry veteran, is responsible for leading ibex’s new logo sales engine, focused on increasing the velocity and size of new business deals. Before joining ibex, John led and developed high performing teams and developed win-win partnerships with a variety of leading organizations across multiple industry verticals. Prior to entering the BPO space, he ran his own accounts receivable organization. John has spent his entire professional career in business development beginning as an inside sales representative for a start-up SAAS software organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and a master’s from Creighton University.
