In my current role as SVP, Head of Product Consumer Card at Wells Fargo, I’m responsible for developing and executing the card product development strategy and delivering exceptional product features and experiences that drive profitable growth, delight our customers, and reduce operational risk. I have more than a decade of experience driving product innovation at American Express, Chase, and Capital One. While at American Express, I was head of Acquisition Offer, Decision, and Fulfillment Platforms. Previous roles include head of Product for Installment Products and head of Digital Product Experience for Small Business at JPMorgan Chase, and leadership roles overseeing Small Business Digital Acquisition Strategy and Small Business Deposit and Payment Products at Capital One. I have a deep product experience and best practices, proven track record with Agile developing industry-leading financial products, and history of developing talent and building strong cross-functional relationships.
