Alisa Mann is a graduate of Stockton State College, where she earned her B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She has a Masters in Business Administration from Regis University and is currently working on her Doctorate degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Since graduating, she has spent her last twenty-three years working in large customer service organizations. She has managed both inbound and outbound call centers with staff sizes ranging from 50 to 500, focusing on technical support and customer service. Her experience lies in many different industries; utilities, telecommunications, computer software and hardware, newspapers, travel clubs and cable television. She is currently the Chief Customer Officer - Director of Customer Care & Field Services for the Las Vegas Valley Water District and Southern Nevada Water Authority. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Financial Guidance Center, formerly Consumer Credit Counseling Services, of Southern Nevada and Southern Utah, a non-profit agency. Alisa is a member of the American Water Works Association, International Customer Services Association, Water Customer Care Forum, and sits on the Executive Board for Customer Service Week conferences. Alisa is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in foster care.
