Why Holly?

Holly is responsible for all operating and strategic initiatives supporting the customer service and sales Contact Center at David's Bridal, including the center’s support of 300+ stores in the field (US, Canada & UK), e-commerce business, engaging with customers via social channels, and managing strong relationships across the board.

She is the department lead for the IT Service Desk for corporate and field employees/technology. Her team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, resolving issues on the first call, identifying trends to close gaps, and maintaining focus on giving customers the once in a lifetime experience they deserve.
