Ted Hunting leads North America Marketing for Genesys with over 10 years experience in the customer experience  industry.  Ted has led marketing for innovative startups that led to successful IPOs as well as  large enterprise software companies.   In addition to his CX experience, Ted has a background in Big Data, Telecommunications, and large scale computing systems. Ted is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a finance and marketing background.
