CCW Disrupt is a customer contact event, which will look at how contact centre and CX leaders can redefine their customer and operating strategy to handle all waves of future disruption.
A hybrid event allows attendees to attend the conference either in-person or virtually. All attendees are still able to access all the content and sessions irrespective of their choice. The event will run live at a conference venue facility, in-line with all covid-safe protocols and will also run via Online event platform for virtual attendees. One ticket, same content, you pick your preferred format of your choice
All virtual attendees will receive a link to access the online event platform. This is where all the content will be viewable live and on-demand, in case you missed or want to re-watch any sessions! You’ll receive separate links to join interactive brainweave sessions and discussion groups. These will all run via Zoom. Virtual attendees will have access to the CCW Disrupt Mobile App to enable you to interact with all attendees, ask questions to speakers as well as participate in event polls and competitions!
Our Around the World Insights Day on the 23rd Feb will run online only. All virtual and in-person delegates will access the content on that day via the Online Event platform. We will share the links with you. On the 24th Feb In-person attendees will go to the event venue and be greeted by CCW Disrupt staff at our registration desk where you will briefed on the Covid-Safe protocols and provided with your delegate badge. From there we will be hosting the sessions in the main conference room and facilitating Covid-safe networking with your fellow attendees. You will also have access to the CCW Disrupt Mobile App to enable you to interact with all attendees, ask questions to speakers as well as participate in event polls and competitions!
Yes, you can. Simply let us know in advance and we’ll make sure you’re given all the links to access the event virtually should you not be able to attend in-person for one or more days. This will not have any impact to your registration as the ticket price is the same for Virtual and In-person attendance.
The Around the World Digital-Only Day is designed for all conference attendees – virtual and In-person - and will be run on the 23rd February 2021. The idea behind this day is that no matter how you choose to participate over the full event, we’ll have one day where everyone is together and interacting on the platform virtually. This day will also be dedicated to gaining insights from our international speakers who are unable to join us in-person at the event.
Yes it is. We are working very closely with our venue partner to ensure all protocols and measures are followed onsite. Please see our covid-safe guide here (attach link). You’ll also receive an information pack upon payment that will explain the covid-safe protocols from the venue.
Once registered we’ll be sending you full access and login details to the app so you can start networking with other attendees a few weeks before the event

We have decided to limit attendance to no more than 150 end user delegates, with only two tickets available per contact centre. We are doing this to allow maximum participation from across different contact centres in our community and ensure you’re able to network and benchmark against the breadth of the contact centre industry landscape.
