He is directly responsible for all activity and teams impacting the employee experience across North America including Application Support, Service Desk, and On-Site Support operations.

He believes that every interaction presents the opportunity to look at if the technology you use helps you be more efficient and effective in serving your customer, or if instead it introduces roadblocks and speed-bumps on the path to success.
