Phil Zammit

Head of Zoom CX GTM Asia-Pacific & Japan Zoom

Phillip is an experienced business executive with deep domain experience and expertise in the Customer Experience, Contact Centre and Customer Service industry for over 20 years. With a focus on innovation and customer outcomes, Phillip has developed deep engagements across many industries and a track record of quantifiable results for customers. Currently at Zoom, he leads our Zoom CX GTM in APAC and Japan, previously at Cisco as the Global VP of Sales for Contact Centre Solutions, CPaaS and Devices, and prior to this at AWS where he initiated the launch of the AWS CX business in APAC, eventually becoming the Head of the Productivity Applications Business for Asia-Pacific & Japan.

Phillip has held general management and sales executive positions in prior organisations, General Manager of the Customer Experience Solution Sales business at Telstra, and General Manager for Unify Australia & NZ, Head of Business Development and UC&C at BT Global Services and Practice Lead for UC&C at Verizon APAC. He has worked extensively across a majority of the Unified Communications and Contact Centre vendor technologies for over 20 years. Phillip holds a Masters of Management in International Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelors of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney. He resides in Sydney Australia.
