Praveen Sasidharan is the Head of Global Insurance Operations at Allainz. He is part of the executive management team and heads Allianz Services Insurance operations globally. He is also responsible for GBS operations at the India location that houses over 3000 employees. Further, he is responsible for the GBS relationship with Allianz companies in US and has over 800 people serving the region from India. Praveen is an expert in scaling GBS, running large back/ front office operations, & developing high value adding propositions over cost arbitrage.
