We have reinvigorated the Government Contact Centre Week Excellence Awards program this year to recognise those organisations, teams and individuals who are making the greatest contributions to the contact centre industry.
This category recognises the organisation that actively supports and promotes flexible working practises. This organisation will have demonstrated their ability to utilise technology to enable flexibility within the workplace and drive employee satisfaction, excellence and continuous contact centre improvement. This organisation will have a formalised strategy for flexible working and be able to clearly demonstrate its results.
