We have reinvigorated the Government Contact Centre Week Excellence Awards program this year to recognise those organisations, teams and individuals who are making the greatest contributions to the contact centre industry.
If you’re reading this application form, then that means you are ready for the opportunity to honour and recognise your team’s efforts and success, and the chance to win a Government Contact Centre Week Excellence Award.
This category awards the organisation that creates a culture that
inspires its employees to deliver outstanding service and achieve excellence.
The winner of this award is evaluated based on their ability to incorporate voice
of employee and voice of customer into their customer contact culture, empower
employees and customers to become brand advocates and their people management
strategy that demonstrates employee and customer satisfaction. This should not
focus too heavily on flexible working - please refer to our Best Flexible
Working Strategy Award if you would like to put forward your organisation
