Care About Customers, Revenue? Make Partner Training Your Business!

Whether on the backend supply side or the frontend sales side, channel partners are a necessity in executing for our customers. But they can also be a significant bottleneck on performance, and that unfortunate reality is a key reason why effective channel management plays a pivotal role in the customer experience process.

But even though your business might not fully control every stop from point A to point B on the customer experience journey, it nonetheless possesses substantial power to assure partners and priorities align to give customers what they want and what they need. It does not need to cede sales revenue or customer satisfaction points because of a few bad apples in the channel.
