Jim Palmer is the Chief AI Officer at Dialpad, overseeing AI efforts. His teams manage custom speech recognition (ASR), natural language processing & understanding (NLP/NLU), Generative AI & LLMs, and AI Engineering to power real-time AI features in all Dialpad products at scale. Jim was the Co-Founder and CTO of TalkIQ, which was acquired by Dialpad in 2018, and has since built out the AI team and expertise.
