The CCW executive Track will be on Day One of the event. To qualify for the CCW Executive Track, you must be a Director level executive with strategic and budgetary responsibility for active customer contact transformation project. We qualify all attendees to the Executive Sessions on job function, strategic role and budgetary responsibility to ensure you’re guaranteed to meet with your peer group of customer contact leaders.
