In hindsight, our shift to remote work was fairly simple in the early stages. All employees stayed at home and congregated in weekly Zoom meetings with no real question of whether they might come in tomorrow, next week or next month. Further, the ‘perfect’ hybrid schedule may never truly be established, as many companies are working to adopt changes on a case-by-case basis.

As companies deliberate over the best model, they must take this time to implement technology and resources to effectively support their employees as they navigate these changes. Once they prioritize these operational
advancements, organizations will position the hybrid environment as a strategic advantage to attract new talent, keep agents engaged, and optimize flexibility.
