11th Annual Call Center Week Excellence Awards Panel

Pati Crowley, Director of Customer Experience for Bath & Body Works, moderates the Call Center Excellence Awards panel at the 11th Annual Call Center Week event in Las Vegas in a series of mini case studies on the customer experience.

Panelists include winners and encore winners Salvador Salazar, Area VP for Latin America, Stream Global Services, who recieved leader of the year and Roy Twersky, Founder and CEO of Utopy. Roy's team won Best Technology Solutions Provider. Kieran Swanson, Director of Customer Experience for Discover Card, whose team won best performance for Leveraging Customer Feedback and Steve Riddell from Blinds.com, whose team won 2nd place for Call Center Leader of the Year, also join the panel, among others.
