Innovation drives exceptional CX. At a time when customers can pretty much achieve anything with the click of a button, true innovation is what sets leading brands apart.  It is this spirit of competition and innovation that Talkdesk® is capturing with its Digital Showdown: Innovations in CX’ event. On Thursday, November 18, 2021, the semi-annual virtual event is returning to showcase leading Customer Experience (CX) solutions from six exciting AppConnect partners: Ada, Airkit, Envision, Klaus, Verint, and Zappix. Host Zeus Kerravala, Principal Analyst of ZK Research, will kick things off and touch on the importance of innovation in elevating technology and continually pushing the industry forward.  

 During the showdown, each partner will have just 3 minutes to convince a live audience that they are the ultimate innovative Customer Experience solution today. 


Finalists from the agent performance and customer engagement categories will go head-to-head with a 30-second pitch to determine the showdown titleholder in a live-audience vote. 

While uncovering the most innovative CX technology today is exciting in itself, the competition is also promoting another core value of Talkdesk, community and environmental giving, by donating $10,000 to the winners charity of choice, $5,000 to the runner-ups charity, and $1,000 to every competing partners chosen charitable organization.

Following the success of the May Digital Showdown event, winner Replicant, a voice AI company, donated the $10,000 prize to Build.org. The organization is using the power of entrepreneurship to empower and ignite the potential of youth in under-resourced communities. The company was also featured in a roundtable session at Opentalk and published in No Jitter, further highlighting the innovators of the CX space.
