Women Leaders in CX, Finance Talk Mentorship at December's CXO for BFSI Event

On December 6, 2022, we were lucky enough to host a CCWomen event at the CXO for BFSI Exchange in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The CXO for BFSI Exchange is an invitation-only three day event built for senior customer experience leaders from the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) industries. This event is a specialized space where executives in the finance industries can benchmark, share ideas, and identify solutions to critical business challenges.

For Tuesday's "Ask the Experts" panel, four incredible women took the stage to discuss mentorship, sponsorship, and coaching. They were moderated by Mary Kate Hennelly, a Research Analyst and Program Manager at CMP.
