From the Desk of the Managing Director: Welcome to CCW Digital!
Add bookmarkNew York, NY – CCW, the world’s leading customer experience event series, is pleased to introduce CCW Digital, the next evolution of its CCIQ online community.
Not simply a name change, CCW Digital represents an intention to elevate the quality of content and networking opportunities offered by the online resource. Over the next few months, CCW Digital will launch a new podcast, video interviews, exclusive presentations from VP- and C-level customer experience leaders, community networking opportunities, team training courses, and exponentially more articles and columns assessing the latest customer experience trends.
CCW Digital will feature regular contributions from some of the most renowned thought leaders; prominent commentators like Adam Toporek, Nate Brown, Ian Golding, Steve DiGioia, and Carley Bakker are among those set to share content on CCW Digital.
CCW Digital will also maintain – and enhance – the most popular CCIQ features, including its executive reports (based on proprietary market research) and online summits (featuring faculties of high-level end-user speakers). It will continue providing popular content items including research infographics, “anecdotal” customer experience insights, book and influencer recommendations, and technology demos.
“The CCW name means something special to customer experience professionals,” says CCW Digital director Brian Cantor. “In adopting that name for our online community, we are accepting the burden of living up to that high standard. Luckily, I’m confident that our emphasis on credible, actionable content, our new features, our unparalleled group of speakers, advisors and contributors, and our plan to act on the voice of our membership will result in an online community befitting the CCW name.”
Since launching in 2009, the community has established itself as the premier, unbiased destination for customer experience professionals. More than 160,000 members access the community across its web, e-mail and social channels.
