Colin Haupt is Senior Vice President of Employee Engagement for the PURE Group of Insurance Companies.
In this role, Colin leads and supports multiple initiatives that aim to drive employee engagement and wellness across the company. Guided by a constant obsession for the care and well-being of Pure’s employees, Colin and the HR team proactively and continually seek feedback from employees and work internally across functions to improve the employee experience.
Over the last nine years, Colin has served in a variety of HR roles at PURE, including leading the HR department for 7 years prior to focusing on employee engagement.
Raised in both NYC and New Hampshire, Colin has
a B.A. from The University of New Hampshire in Business Administration and
