Global VP of Customer Success, Adoption and Enablement DocuSign

Why Kim?

Kim is the Global Vice President of DocuSign’s Customer Success, Adoption and Enablement Organization within DocuSign’s Customer Success Organization. Her and her teams are focused on helping customers maximize the value and capabilities of DocuSign’s System of Agreement Strategy and technology platform. Kim manages three teams including Customer Success Management, which includes Success Marketing, Customer On-Boarding and DocuSign University.  She has over 23 years of experience working in successful services technology organizations. Before joining DocuSign, Kim was Global Head of Digital Learning Services at Adobe for their Marketing Cloud solutions. Prior to that, Kim was Global Vice President of Education Services at Qlik Technologies, a business intelligence technology company. Kim joined Qlik from Symantec, where she spent several years leading the Education Services and Enablement organizations that supported learning and enablement for customers, partners and employees. During her tenure at Adobe, Qlik and Symantec, she and her teams created award-winning services, product innovations, certifications and academic programs that drove value for both customers and the larger marketplace. Prior to Symantec, Kim lead the training and support organizations for MarketSoft, and spent several years at PeopleSoft developing and managing their industry-recognized education services business for the HRMS practice.  Kim received her B.S. in Political Science from Suffolk University in Boston, and advanced studies in Advertising, Marketing and Product Management from the executive program at Harvard University. She is also a published author, as well as an avid supporter of Business for Peace and WeSeeHope charities.  When not working, Kim spends time between Boston and San Francisco, with her husband and two children.
